Can you provide an architect and engineers?
Yes. We can assemble a professional team through our network. Appointments, scopes, and responsibilities are defined for the engagement.
What if I already have an architect?
We work with your existing team in an agreed coordination role, without duplicating responsibilities already covered.
Who performs the licensed work?
The appointed licensed professionals perform design, engineering, certifications, and other regulated services. SBC manages coordination and follow-through.
Does permit-ready mean a permit has been issued?
No. Your scope defines the required package. The handoff identifies the current approval status and any outstanding agency, owner, or contractor conditions.
Can you guarantee approval or violation removal?
No. Agency decisions and required acceptance or closure remain with the relevant authority. We coordinate the work and track what remains outstanding.
Does this intake start an engagement?
No. After you review your answers, agree to the form notice, and complete security verification, selecting Send inquiry sends your contact and project information through Web3Forms to SBC for initial review. It does not book a call, create an engagement, or authorize services. You can also download a local summary without sending it.
